Planned social housing units for Bundoran have been described as a step in the right direction in a long road in addressing the housing shortage in south Donegal.
It’s been confirmed this week that tender applications are being sought for 42 new social housing units for the East End area of the town.
The deadline for the process is set for mid-January and it’s anticipated that work on the project could begin in March 2023.
The development is also set to comprise of other amenities along with the housing units.
