Summerhill’s Connacht Colleges senior ‘A’ football final against Claregalway College has been fixed for Saturday, February 11th, in the Connacht GAA Centre of Excellence at 2pm.
The game will be streamed live by Connacht GAA – and will also be broadcast on Ocean FM.
The teams have met already in this season’s colleges championship, in the group stages, with Summerhill emerging narrow victors.
The Sligo school reached the final in dramatic fashion on Thursday evening, coming from nine points down in their semi-final against Ballinrobe Community School to win by two (1-12 to 2-7).
The Summerhill manager Mark Breheny spoke to reporter Kevin Egan after Thursday’s win.
St Attracta’s of Tubbercurry contest the senior ‘B’ final and their provincial final clash with Roscommon CBS will form part of a colleges double-bill on Saturday, Feb 11th.
