A new report has revealed that Leitrim and Sligo are among the counties which have the least expensive farmland in the country.
The biggest increase in farmland prices in 2022 were in Mayo up 78% while the biggest decrease was prices in Sligo, down 11%.
Meanwhile, land prices in Northern Ireland are at record highs in every county.
