The commitment provided by Ireland’s fire service has been taken for granted for far too long.
That’s the view of Donegal Sinn Féin T.D., Padraig Mac Lochlainn, who was speaking following the decision by firefighters around the country to take industrial action as they demand better pay and conditions.
