Status Yellow thunderstorm and rain warning issued
A Status Yellow Thunderstorm and Rain warning has been issued for the entire country including counties Sligo, Leitrim and Donegal. Met Éireann says heavy showers are likely as well as thunderstorms. Spot flooding, poor visibility and difficult travelling conditions can all be expected. The warning will last until 10:00pm tonight.
