Three men have been fined in relation to the illegal capture of 27 salmon off the coast of Mayo.
It happened on June 17th of last year, with 861 metres of illegal nets used.
Inland Fisheries Ireland says this illegal salmon netting was at a “commercial level”.
The three men fined appeared before Belmullet District Court this morning.
