Local boxer Dean Clancy received a special homecoming in Manorhamilton on Friday night after securing a bronze medal at the European Games in Poland AND Olympic qualification for next summer’s Paris Olympics.
The Sligo 21-year-old trains out of the Sean McDermott boxing club in Manorhamilton, which is his Dad Jason’s home town.
Ocean FM Sport’s PJ Leddy spoke to Dean and dad Jason at Friday night’s homecoming.
