House prices continue to rise in North West, according to new report



Property prices in counties Sligo, Leitrim and Donegal all rose in the second quarter of 2023, according to the latest MyHome.ie property price report.

Property prices in Sligo have risen by €1,000 during the quarter.

The report also shows that the median asking price for a property in the county is now €190,000.

Leitrim, meanwhile, saw the largest increase in the north west with properties rising by €5,500, with the median asking price for a property in the county now standing at €175,000.

While in Donegal, Property prices rose by €5,000 during the quarter, according to the latest MyHome.ie Property Price Report with the median price now standing at €200,000.
