The funeral details have been announced for the two men who lost their lives following a road traffic collision during the Sligo Stages Rally on Sunday.
Gene McDonald and Dara Maguire were competing in a Ford Escort rally car when the tragedy happened.
Mr McDonald was from Cootehill in County Cavan while Mr Maguire was from Lisnaskea in County Fermanagh.
The funeral of Daire Maguire takes place tomorrow at 11am at Church of the Immaculate Conception, Newtownbutler at 11am.
While Gene McDonald’s funeral takes place on Friday at St. Mary’s Middle Chapel in Cavan at 12 noon.
Two separate investigations are ongoing following the crash, in which the men lost their lives as their car hit a wall near Ballymote at around 3pm on Sunday.
Tributes continue to be paid to both men who were well known in the Irish rally circuit north and south of the border.
