The legal representative of the family who have settled a High Court action against the HSE for a woman’s hospital care has called for a change to the law to prevent lengthy legal battles. 44 year old Amanda Davey Murphy, who has since died, had sued the HSE over her treatment at Sligo and Mayo Hospitals
