A hiker had to be assisted near Slieve League after getting into difficulty.
The alarm was raised at around 4pm yesterday after reports that the hiker became distressed up on the Pilgrim’s Path.
Both Killybegs Coast Guard and Donegal Mountain Rescue attended the incident.
After reassuring the casualty, volunteers assisted her back down to the car park.
