Sligo University Hospital was one of the most overcrowded hospitals in the country today according to the latest trolley watch report.
There 36 people awaiting admission there this morning, making it the third most overcrowded facility nationwide.
Nationally, there were 409 admitted patients are waiting for beds at hospitals across the country.
