Calry/St Joseph’s beat Coolera/Strandhill in their concluding round robin game of the Davis’s & Yeats Tavern Sligo senior hurling championship on Saturday evening by 2-10 to 2-8 to secure a place in the county semi-final.
The Hazelwood club conceded their game against holders Easkey last weekend – the Sea Blues as group winners are already through to the county final.
Calry/St Joseph’s will play Naomh Eoin in the single semi-final.
The Kent Park club had already secured their semi-final place prior to Saturday’s 1-14 to 0-5 victory over Western Gaels – a result which has cost the west Sligo club their place in the knockout stages.
