There were 59 people waiting for a bed at the north west’s two main hospital this morning according to figures published by the INMO.

This morning’s figures show there were 30 waiting for a bed at the facility this morning.
Meanwhile, there were 29 people waiting for a bed in Sligo University Hospital.
University Hospital Limerick continues to be the most overcrowded hospital, with 97 people awaiting admission there.
Nationwide, there were 501 people on trolleys in hospitals around the country today, 358 of whom were in emergency departments.
