Gardaí investigating a collision in Bundoran in the early hours of Saturday morning, have arrested a man in his 30s.
The man was arrested in respect of alleged road traffic offences in the West End area of the town.
The man was arrested at the scene and taken to a Garda station in the Donegal region where he was detained under Section 4 of the Criminal Justice Act 1984.
The man has been charged and is scheduled to appear before court at a later date.
Gardaí say no further information is available at this time.
