Thousands of passenger were left stranded in airports yesterday as a technical fault with Air Traffic Control in the UK meant flights could neither leave nor enter British airspace.
One of those was Sligo man Graham Burke, who is based in Cardiff in Wales and works as a dietitian with the NHS.
His flight back to the UK was cancelled at the last minute yesterday, and he is still unsure when he will get back to Wales.
He’s been telling Ocean FM reporter, Dónal Ryan, all about the ordeal.
