A Sligo resident is among the nominees for the 2023 Oireachtas Media Awards.
The Oireachtas Media Awards celebrate achievement and excellence in the Irish language media sector.
The awards are presented annually to recognise and honour outstanding contributions by presenters, producers, journalists, radio and television programme makers.
Mícheál Ó Domhnaill, a native of the Ring Gaeltacht in Waterford but living in Sligo for a number of years has been nominated in the Television Personality of the Year for his role presenting TG4’s GAA Beo.
Winners will be announced at the Awards Ceremony during the Oireachtas na Samhna festival in the INEC, Killarney on Wednesday, 1st November.
