Aodh Ruadh Ballyshannon will take on old rivals St Eunan’s in the quater-finals of the Donegal senior football championship next weekend.
Sunday evening’s draw for the last eight in Falcarragh pitted the two sides together who were bitter rivals during the 1990s.
The four teams who finished top of the round-robin stage of the championshp and qualified directly for the quarters have been drawn to play each other – with county champions Naomh Conaill set to face Conor Cunningham’s Kilcar.
Ardara, who suprised Cloughaneely in Saturday’s prelim quarter-final, will meet Gweedore in the last eight.
The Gaeltacht side had to rely on a late fisted point from Eamon McGee to beat Dungloe by 0-10 to 1-6 and secure their place in Sunday evening’s draw.
The fourth quarter-final pairs Glenswilly with MacCumhaill’s.
The four quarter-finals will be played next weekend.
