Sinn Fein councillor Thomas Healy has clashed with Fianna Fail councillor Donal Gilroy over Healy’s walkout from a Municipal District Council meeting last week. Cllr Healy said he did so as his motions were being blocked by other councillors, but Cllr Gilroy maintains Cllr Healy shows no respect to councillors or officials, delivering long speeches and re-raising issues
