Killybegs is getting ready to welcome its largest -ever visitor this week as the Norwegian Getaway docks on Thursday.
The 326m cruise liner has over 4,800 passengers with a guest capacity of over 3,960.
On board the ship, there are six options for dining including cafes and restaurants, five bar areas, a Starbucks and a spa.
Passengers can also make use of the onboard water park, gym facilities and sports courts, which can be used for sports such as basketball.
It’s one of 18 ships in the Norwegian Cruise line fleet and it’s currently on a 16 day round trip of Northern Europe which departed from Southampton on 15th September.
The Norwegian Getaway is one of the final cruise liners to visit Killybegs this season – the port has welcomed nearly 30 ships this year.
