Easkey hurlers had to dig deep in the second-half to withstand a spirted Naomh Eoin challenge to secure their fourth consecutive Davis’s Restaurant & Yeats Tavern senior hurling title in Sligo, on a final scoreline of 0-22 to 1-15.
Andy Kilcullen scored 0-15 for the winners as they eventually repelled the Naomh Eoin challenge – although the contest was much closer than the eventual four-point winning margin suggests.

In the minor ‘A’ hurling final, Western Gaels took the honours with a 3-11 to 1-10 win over Easkey in Sunday’s curtain-raiser at Markievicz Park.
