Gardai have issued a warning over bogus callers doing the rounds in North Sligo.
It’s reported that the individuals are calling to households in the Grange area purporting to be Council staff.
The culprits are claiming that they are updating the voting register.
Gardai are aware of the situation and are carrying out patrols in the area.
Residents and business owners are urged to be on the alert, not to hand over any personal details and report any such instances to the Gardai.
