It’s been confirmed that Local Link will provide an enhanced service from Ballyshannon to Sligo from Monday.
Route 982 will now operate 7 daily return services Monday to Sunday from Sligo to Mullaghmore – with 5 daily return services extending from Mullaghmore to Ballyshannon.
It will also provide morning and peak-time services 7 days a week for commuters, as well as enhanced connectivity to the Wild Atlantic Way and regional bus and rail services in Sligo.
In addition to the enhanced service on this route, new fares will also apply from Monday.
