A well-established local school supply business has confirmed that it’s set to close at the end of the month.
Sprint Educational Supplies has stores in Donegal Town and Letterkenny
In a statement, the current owners say it was a decision not taken lightly.
Having taken over the stores in 2019, the owners have said that the pandemic, the increase of online shopping, the never ending increasing costs of running a small business and the new Government book scheme has made it impossible for the business to survive.
They also thanked their staff members and customers who have supported them over the years.
The stores will shut their doors for the final time on October 31st.
