Sligo University Hospital was the second most overcrowded facility in Ireland today.
According to figures from the INMOs trolley watch report, there were 35 people awaiting admission there this morning.
The figure is only surpassed by Limerick University Hospital today, with 61 people waiting there.
Nationally, there were 391 people waiting at hospitals across the country today.
