Gardai are treating an overnight fire at the former Timony’s factory in Donegal Town as deliberate.
Several fire appliances and Gardai attended the scene last night with the blaze eventually brought under control.
The building has been extensively damaged as a result.
No injuries have been reported.
Gardai say that investigations are ongoing and anyone with information is being asked to contact Gardai in Donegal Town.
It’s understood the site has been derelict for some time.
