Three teenage boys arrested in connection with this week’s serious assault in Sligo have been charged.
Gardai have confirmed that they will appear before Sligo District Court this morning.
The victim, another teenage boy, remains in a serious condition at Beaumont Hospital in Dublin.
Gardai confirmed last night that a further two teenagers have been arrested in connection with the serious assault, which happened at the Apple Green Service Station on Mail Coach Road on Tuesday night shortly after 7pm.
Another teenage boy had been arrested earlier in the day.
Gardaí are continuing to appeal to any witnesses to come forward.
