Kilcar’s Seánie Boyle as been appointed as the GAA’s new Community Development Adminstrator (GDA) with Warwickshire GAA.
The full-time role will see the 21-year-old will oversee the continued progression of gaelic games in the English midlands.
Boyle was a member of the Kilcar senior club football championship panel this year – and also managed the Towney club’s minor football team during the 2023 season.
He previously won an an All-Britain football championship title with Warwickshire in 2021, and helped Roger Casements GAA Club in Coventry win the Warwickshire senior football championship in 2022.
He spoke to Ocean FM Sport’s Austin O’Callaghan about his new GAA role in England.
