Summerhill win All-Ireland basketball title

Summerhill College have won the All-Ireland Schools under-16 boys basketball title for 2024.

They beat CBS Thurles in Wednesday's final at the National Basketball Arena by 33 points to 26.

Summerhill team captain Brian Meehan collected the MVP award.

Team coach Gary Goldrick spoke to Austin O'Callaghan after Wednesday's win.
