Ocean FM has recorded a significant increase in listenership in the past year, according to the latest national radio listenership survey.
The JNLR MRBI survey published today indicates that Ocean’s weekly reach audience figure has climbed by 8% since May, 2023, and now stands at 58% – it means that 58% of those living in the franchise area of Sligo-North Leitrim-South Donegal tune in to Ocean every week.
Ocean’s average weekday listenership figure has also increased, up 3% in a year.
In this franchise area, Ocean’s weekday listenership figure now stands at 42%, as compared with RTE Radio One on 23%, Today FM on 18%, 2FM on 13%, Newstalk on 11%, and Lyric FM on 4%
