Ash dieback continuing to impact homeowners



Private homeowners in north Leitrim continue to be at risk of suffering severe damage to their homes as a result of ash dieback.

 

Ash dieback is a fungal disease which was first recorded in trees here in 2012.

 

Manorhamilton Municipal District councillor Padraig Fallon has called for an “urgent review” of the recently announced €79.5 million support package for farmers impacted.
