Public meeting called over Donegal Town’s one way system



Almost 50 businesses in Donegal Town have jointly penned a letter to Donegal County Council regarding concerns over the one way system.

 

Fears are said to be growing locally over the potential impact parts of the project will have on the town with the absence of loading bays and a build-up of traffic in certain areas key points being highlighted.

 

Businesses have also called for a public meeting which is getting underway tomorrow evening at the Abbey Hotel at 8pm.

 

It’s being chaired by Mayor of Donegal Town and Independent Local Election Candidate Pauric Kennedy says now is the time to see if some of the concerns can be addressed:
