High Court appoints liquidator to Creevy Pier Hotel



The High Court has appointed a liquidator to the Creevy Pier Hotel near Ballyshannon.

 

It’s after a petition was presented requesting the winding up of the company.

 

The petition was submitted to the court by MCBFG Woodberry Leisure Limited which has a registered office at Creevy Pier Hotel, Glebe, Ballyshannon.

 

According to a notice published in local papers, the petition for winding up the company was presented in the High Court by Jim McBride, a member and a creditor and Christopher McBride, a member of the Company. This took place on May 10, 2024.

 

By Order of the High Court made on May 13, Mr John Healy, of Kirby Healy Chartered Accountants, of 3 Fitzwilliam Court, Pembroke Street, Upper, Dublin 2 was appointed Provisional Liquidator of the Company.

 

The Petition is directed to be heard before the High Court on Monday, June 17th at 10.30am.
