Ireland-Palestine Solidarity Campaign to host bridge vigil in Donegal Town



Local members and supporters of the Ireland-Palestine Solidarity Campaign will hold a bridge vigil in Donegal Town on Friday afternoon.

 

Organisers say It’s one of a number of protests and events being organised throughout the county after Ireland formally recognised the state of Palestine.

 

They have called on the Irish government to impose sanctions on Israel to end its war which has resulted in over 36,000 deaths.

 

Friday’s bridge vigil in Donegal Town will take place at the Eske Bridge at 4.30pm.
