A local election candidate is leading protests outside Sligo Courthouse this morning.
Independent candidate Diarmuid McConville has been chanting against Garda commissioner Drew Harris and refugees amongst other topics on the steps of the court today.
A small crowd gathered as the chanting went on.
Mr McConville has also been lending his support to fellow local election candidate James Conway, who is before the courts this morning.
