Thousands in Donegal still served by ‘at risk’ water supply



It’s emerged that a number of homes and businesses in Donegal are still being served by an ‘at risk’ water supply.

 

That’s according to the EPA’s latest report into public drinking water supplies which was published today.

 

Three of the county’s systems remaining on the authority’s remedial action list.

 

Included in the list are 3,714 residents in Milford, 3,518 in Glenties-Ardara while in Lettermacaward there are 2,266.

 

There were no supplies included from counties Sligo and Leitrim in the latest report.
