Tourist attractions in Sligo, Leitrim and Donegal are set to benefit from a new financial injection.
A new capital investment under the Shared Island Tourism Brand will see tourism attractions and projects on both sides of the border receive support through significant funding.
3 million has been made available in total, with the Republic of Ireland receiving 1.5m euro, and Northern Ireland getting 2.5m pounds.
Joan Crawford, Manager of the Fáilte Ireland Wild Atlantic Way Team, says that the scheme will encourage tourists to visit attractions both in the north and south.
