The newly proposed housing plan by Sinn Féin commits to affordable housing and renting in the North West.
That’s according to Donegal TD Padraig Maclochlainn, who was speaking following his party’s proposal.
The plan’s aim for house purchase prices to be between €250,000 – €300,000, and rents to be below €1,000 a month, and significantly less in this region.
