Hikers have been asked not to climb Errigal Mountain in Donegal tomorrow and Thursday as a helicopter will be carrying out vital repair works in the area.
The pathway up the mountain was significantly damaged by heavy rain earlier this year.
As a result a repair operation is currently underway on the mountain.
People are advised that it won’t be sake to climb the mountain while the helicopter is lifting materials over the next two days.
A stop/go system will also be in operation on the road adjacent to the car park on these days.
