St Nathy’s senior women’s gaelic footballers retained their Sligo LGFA Connacht Gold Division 1 title on Sunday with a 1-10 to 0-10 success against Eoghan Rua.
The county champions were made to work for this win against last year’s intermediate championship winners.
Nathy’s led by 1-6 to 0-5 at half-time but Eoghan remained in the hunt throughout.
