Jean from Donegal Town, who is a cancer survivor, availed of the services of the Donegal Cancer Bus when she was attending hospital appointments 22 years ago. She has spoken out in support of local cancer fundraiser Billy Bustard who insists he should still be allowed to park on The Diamond in Donegal Town despite new regulations in place
