Sligo Rovers were dumped out of the FAI Cup at the last 16 stage on Saturday night after a 2-0 home defeat to UCD.
The students struck for two killer second half goals – from Luke O’Regan and Adam Wells, which ended Rovers cup hopes for another season.

Former Rovers academy player Eanna Clancy excelled for UCD in defence – as Rovers looked out-of-sorts in front of goal for much of the evening.
The students now progress to the last eight of the cup.
