Frustration over lack of Gardaí allocated to the North West



Frustration has been expressed locally over the lack of Gardaí allocated to the north west region.

In recent days it emerged that just one Garda has taken up a new position across the Sligo-Leitrim and Donegal divisions.

The appointment was confirmed on the latest appointments and allocations published by the Garda Press Office.
