Donegal County Council has completed a contract for a turnkey development of 14 social houses at Donegal Road, Ballybofey.
MBC Building Contractors is set to undertake the development, having entered the Council’s turnkey acquisition programme.
The much-anticipated development has commenced on site and is due to be completed in phases with the final phase to be completed in September 2025.
The development will provide high-quality, sustainable homes for 14 families from the Council’s social housing waiting list in Ballybofey/Stranorlar.
