Liquid restrictions come into effect at regional airports



Passengers must remove liquids under 100ml from hand luggage at security at both Ireland West and Donegal airports from today.

Management at the airport says it hopes the EU restrictions will only be in place for a short time.

Previously, it began bringing in C3 scanners which would mean passengers would not have to remove liquids from hand luggage.
