Sunday’s Sports Direct FAI Cup semi-final between Sligo Rovers and holders Athlone Town will be broadcast live on Ocean FM this Sunday afternoon.
Austin O’Callaghan and Tina Beirne will be at the Showgrounds to describe the action from 3pm.
It’s the second season in a row that Rovers have reached the last four of the FAI Cup.
Their interest in last season’s competition was ended by this weekend’s opponents, Athlone, in a 4-1 semi-final defeat.
The midlanders include Gurteen native Roisin Molloy in their squad.
She and current Sligo Rovers midfielder Muireann Devaney were team-mates last season, when Athlone lifted the FAI Cup with a dramatic penalty shootout victory against Shelbourne.
Current Sligo Rovers manager Tommy Hewitt and Rovers player Emma Hansberry have been speaking to Ocean FM Sport ahead of Sunday’s big game.
