A 70-year-old man has been charged with causing death by dangerous driving after a motorcyclist was killed in a hit and run in Belleek.
The crash happened yesterday afternoon.
In a statement, police say that the collision happened on the Boa Island Road shortly before 3pm yesterday afternoon.
The victim has been named locally as Richard Maze.
Emergency crews attended but he died at the scene.
Police said he was the rider of a motorcycle that was in collision with a dark-coloured car that failed to stop.
A 70-year-old man was later arrested.
Police have confirmed that he has since been charged and is due to appear before Enniskillen Magistrates Court on Monday 14th October.
As is normal procedure, all charges will be reviewed by the Public Prosecution Service.
The Boa Island Road has since reopened.
