Connacht Rugby has published a new 10-year vision and strategy document aimed at enhancing the growth and development of the sport
The new document is called ‘One Connacht’ includes a a detailed five-year plan setting out the specific objectives, enablers and targets for every area of the organisation.
The document is a collaboration following work with schools, clubs, admin staff, players and spectators over the last number of months.
It includes some ambitious goals – including developing a senior women’s professional team capable of competing on the international stage.
