HIQA have published their latest report following an unannounced inspection at the Carraig Accommodation Centre in Co. Leitrim.
The International Protection Accommodation Service Centre was found to have one instance of non-compliance on inspection dates of 2nd and 3rd of July.
The centre failed to meet the criteria of having available a dedicated Reception Officer, who is suitably trained to support all residents.
The service provider was deemed either substantially compliant or partially compliant in all other assessments.
At time of review, there were 25 families (104 people) taking up residence in the centre.
