The sides had finished level at 0-9 each in the drawn game six days earlier.
This time around, the Belleek men weren't to be denied.
Team captain Ryan Lyons goal towards the end of the first half helped Erne Gaels to a 1-6 to 1-5 interval lead.
Enniskillen had Richard O'Callaghan sent off in the second-half as Erne Gaels, sensing this was going to be their evening, pushed for home to eventually win by four points.
Erne Gaels manager (and former Donegal boss) Declan Bonner watched the match from the stands having received a red card in the drawn game.
However, in his first season in charge he has guided the Belleek club to a famous New York Cup success.
